Any smartphone repaired by OPN PHONE REPAIR is eligible for protection immediately:

  • Old or new
  • All phone carriers
  • Purchased or leased

Yes. You may cancel your Protection Plan for any reason at any time.

If you cancel during the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel after the first 30 days, your subscription will run until the end of the current monthly billing cycle, and it will not be renewed after that.

To cancel your Protection Plan, simply log into your account or call us 24/7 at 1-800-941-3522.

Your plan is automatically transferred to your new phone (your old phone will no longer be protected), no activation required. Be sure to send us your new serial (IMEI) number of the new device.
